Our story
In 2021, as cross-border e-commerce experienced explosive growth, we observed a paradox: technological advancements should have eliminated trade barriers, but companies have fallen into more complex operational difficulties due to system fragmentation, compliance fragmentation, and resource misallocation. With the original intention of making every cross-border transaction as simple as local business, HK RUNTOO was born on the banks of Victoria Harbour, committed to using digital means to break down the [barriers] of global trade.
We are building the worlds first digital twin platform for trade strategies, which dynamically adjusts trade routes like operating navigation software by mapping policy changes, logistics capacity, exchange rate fluctuations, and other data from over 200 countries in realtime. As our founder once said, True globalization is not about selling goods around the world, but about making every market a natural extension of corporate strategy.

I have previously worked in the core team of a large cross-border payment product department, overseeing the upgrade of settlement systems covering 50 countries. Proficient in transforming complex trade compliance processes into visual strategy configuration interfaces, enabling non-technical users to complete new market access strategy deployment within 48 hours.
David Liu
CTO
10 years of experience in payment system development, led a team of 10 people to build a localized settlement network for Middle Eastern e-commerce platforms.
